Admin/Accounts Assistant/Executive

Job Scope:

· Prepare monthly management report and year-end closing.

· Inventory, Fixed Assets/Leases and Sales Reports.

· Petty Cash, Bank Accounts & Reconciliation,

· Responsible for multi-outlets Accounts Payable and Receivable

· Liaison and Coordinator with supplier and project teams.

· Maintain, source, and procurement of material.

· Issue purchase orders and data entry.

. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or other equivalent

3 years related experience in accounting

Knowledge of Xero system preferred.

Work in Senoko Food Hub
