Seclada is a distributor of mainly food packaging products.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant preferably in the logistics industry.
Task and responsibilities:
• Process requests from customers and answer queries.
• Generate Purchase Orders and Invoices.
• Organize goods in warehouse.
• Oversee handover of goods to haulier.
• Calculate pricing on EXCEL.
• Research new potential customers and suppliers.
Qualifications & experience:
• Experiences as an Administrative Assistant preferably in logistics or distribution industries will be a plus.
• Experience in using accounting software like Xero will be a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel will be a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Detail oriented.
