Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Issue and send invoices, delivery orders, quotations, and monthly Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Handle data entry and maintain proper document filing
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and liaise with the operations team
  • Prepare and submit safety documents (e.g., RAMS, SWP)
  • Attend to phone calls, emails, and customer service inquiries professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin or operations support role
  • Strong multitasking and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with AutoCount is a strong advantage
  • Responsible, organised, and reliable
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and support multiple teams
  • Preferably residing in Singapore
  • Able to commit to a 5.25-day work week
    Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
