AI Workflow Developer

The Mission:
Develop and maintain a fleet of autonomous OPENCLAW agents and "Tech Kits" to automate our core business—from initial tender to final punch list. You will turn our raw site data into a self-managing operation.

Key Construction "Kits" You'll Build:

• The Estimator Kit: Build agents to scan blueprints and automatically generate quotes based on our Schedule of Rates (SOR).
• The Site-to-Report Kit: Create a "Photo-to-Report" workflow where site workers upload photos, and AI automatically drafts the daily progress report and flags discrepancies.
• The Logistics Boss: Use OPENCLAW to automate material tracking, vendor follow-ups, and equipment scheduling to ensure no one is standing around waiting for a delivery.
• The Safety Sentry: Develop monitoring agents that flag high-risk patterns in daily logs or near-miss reports to prevent accidents before they happen.

Your Toolkit:

• Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in OPENCLAW (vps deployment, multi-agent orchestration, and skill/plugin development).
• Integrations: Connecting AI agents to our existing stack (e.g., Procore, ClickUp, WhatsApp, or Telegram etc) to ensure seamless communication between the office and the sites.
• Development: Strong Python and API integration skills.
• Deterministic Logic: You don't just build chatbots; you build node-based, reliable workflows that follow strict business rules.
