AI Workflow Developer (Construction & Fit-Out)

The Mission

We are an established Commercial and Term Contractor in Singapore. We are currently digitizing our operations to handle large-scale commercial maintenance while simultaneously launching an AI-powered Residential Interior wing. We need a developer who can use Base44 and AI automation to build the engine that drives both sides of our business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Operations (Term Contract Management)

• Automated Ticketing: Build a Base44 system to manage hundreds of work orders for commercial clients, automating the dispatch of technicians and tracking completion.

• SOR Automation: Develop an AI tool that scans project requirements and automatically calculates quotes based on our Schedule of Rates (SOR).

• Digital Site Logs: Implement a "Photo-to-Report" workflow where site workers upload photos, and AI generates the daily report for commercial clients.

2. Residential Wing (AI-Assisted Fit-Out)

• AI Design Consultant: Build a module where homeowners can chat with an AI agent to generate mood boards and material palettes (integrating with local suppliers like Hafary or Lamitak).

• Customer Journey Tracker: Create a portal for residential clients to track their home renovation milestones, approve 3D renders, and manage payments.

• VO (Variation Order) Automator: Simplify the process of change requests with instant digital sign-offs and budget updates.

Requirements

• Technical: Advanced proficiency in Base44 or similar AI-assisted development tools (Lovable, Replit, or Bubble).

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore’s construction industry standards (BCA, HDB, and Workplace Safety & Health).

• Creative Mindset: Ability to prompt AI for both "boring" maintenance logic and "creative" interior design visuals.

• Bonus: Experience with Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) or BIM workflows.
