Job Summary
Oversee and drive the successful execution of ACMV projects across multiple sites by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination with consultants, architects, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to manage equipment and material submissions effectively
- Monitor project progress to ensure all works comply with project specifications and timelines
- Assist the drafting team by reviewing and contributing to schematic, layout, and P&ID drawings to support design accuracy
- Review and verify drawings before submission to the main contractor to maintain quality and compliance
- Oversee planning, site inspections, variation orders, and certification of completed ACMV works for assigned projects
- Support the project manager in contract administration, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution to safeguard project interests
- Raise material requisitions and coordinate procurement and manpower allocation to meet project demands
- Advise site teams on work schedules and resolve technical issues to maintain workflow efficiency
- Supervise site activities to ensure proper implementation of project plans and adherence to safety protocols
- Ensure all projects are executed according to schedule and safety standards
- Familiar knowledge with Testing and commissioning.
- Air balancing and calculations knowledge.
- Well knowledge Design and Build (ACMV)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum diploma / bachelor's degree qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in ACMV, particularly within the air-conditioning industry
