Driving license better
Supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities related to aluminium facade installation
Monitoring work progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that arise
Providing on-site training and guidance to workers to maintain high levels of productivity and workmanship
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe working environment
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project
Reporting on project status, highlighting any potential risks or delays
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on aluminium facade installation
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example
