Application Developer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with customer and business requirements.

• Analyse, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.

• Design and optimize user interfaces to deliver an improved and intuitive user experience.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Create, maintain, and update software and technical documentation.

• Provide support to users, addressing queries, and resolving application issues.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Java, C++, Python, Oracle Database, and SQL.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
