Job Description

Coordination: Coordinate with building owner and vendors to ensure PFI is carry out according to planned schedule and budget.
Site Inspections & Assessment: Supervise workers to carry out inspection to building facade by rope access method, scaffolding or MEWP
Defect Identification & Reporting: Document, analyze, and report on structural issues, water leakage, or safety hazards (cracks, loose components) to competent person
Preparation report: Compilation of inspection photographs records and assisting competent person in report preparation
Follow up: Reply BCA Written Direction and update client once receiving clearance notice
