Assistant Contract Manager

Below are the roles of responbility of Assistant Contract Manager:-

Contract Administration

• Assist in the preparation, evaluation, and administration of construction contracts (main contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements

Cost and Variation Management

• Assist in the preparation and submission of interim payment claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts in compliance with contract terms.

Compliance and Regulatory Coordination

• Ensure contract execution is compliant with BCA, MOM, HDB, and other relevant statutory and safety requirements in Singapore.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a liaison between consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams on contractual matters.

Procurement and Tendering Support

• Assist in the procurement process by issuing RFQs, evaluating quotations, and preparing comparison summaries for subcontractor selection.

Contract Closing and Handover

• Support the close-out process by compiling final account documentation, handover records, and contractual deliverables.

The candidates possess experience in HDB project is preferred.
