Food Manufacturing (Central Kitchen)

Responsibility:

• Leads kitchen team in chef's absence
• Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
• Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
• Manage kitchen inventory levels and quality by placing orders for all food and kitchen supplies based on projected store demand
• Oversee overall kitchen cleanliness and sanitary conditions and to ensure all kitchen equipment are in good working condition
• Conduct induction for new kitchen staff
