Assistant Production Supervisor

Responsibilities & Requirement

- Able to lead, manage & motivate a team of operator & handler

- Assist in own department's manpower planning and deployment

- Ensure effective implementation of process procedure in production

- Ensure efficient and effective communications inter and intra departments

- Assist in ensuring smooth running of department operations of shift on duty

- Troubleshoot quality issue caused by production

- Train operator in the production process to ensure that they work efficiently

and safety

- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably production related
