Job Summary

You will attend to site work across various projects, monitor work progress, and prepare daily manpower and progress reports for the project manager. You will coordinate safety meetings and site briefings, conduct safety checks on workers and equipment, and submit regular reports to ensure project safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work progress on site to ensure project milestones are met and report updates to the project manager
• Prepare and submit daily manpower status reports to provide accurate workforce tracking for project management
• Attend customer safety meetings to communicate safety standards and coordinate safety practices among all stakeholders
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align work schedules and safety protocols
• Conduct daily site briefings to inform workers of work plans, safety requirements, and any changes in procedures
• Perform safety checks on site work and workers’ safety equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and prevent accidents
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the project manager summarizing work progress, manpower status, and safety observations
