Assistant QC Supervisor

Responsibilities

- Able to lead, manage & motivate a team of Female QC Inspector & Packers

- Assist in own department's manpower planning and deployment

- Assist in ensuring smooth running of departments operations of shift on

duty

- Ensure effective implementation of working procedure in QC department

- Ensure efficient and effective communications inter and intra departments

- Look for customer complaint information

- Monitor and improve production yield (in term of inspection, unjig &

smoothness of QC flow)

- work with production to ensure that customer delivery schedules and quality

standard are met

Requirement

- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably QC related

- Willing to work in controlled environment with no makeup allowed
