ASST CONTRACT MANAGER

Job description

· Well verse in Building Contract & Build Conditions of Main Contract

· Overall manage the company’s contractual & legal matters.

· To analyze & prepare tender quotations including taking-off materials, subcontractors, outsourcing, budget costing, and contractual claims.

· Is responsible for overseeing progressive claims, variation orders, payment, budget & cost control and settlement of final account

· Handle & Liaise closely with Main Con QS / internal Sub Contractors on all contractual and commercial matters.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in Civil / Building / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent

· Min 3 years of relevant experiences in the construction industry

· Well versed in Tender Quality Submission and Microsoft Project Software

· Singaporeans or Singapore PR only
