ASST Project Electrical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all aspects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, ELV and fire alarm systems.
• Lead and coordinate teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all M&E work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions
• Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• At least 9 years of experience in project management with a focus on M&E systems, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems (electrical,ELV system and fire Alarm).
• Proficient in project management software
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP, or equivalent project management certification, is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
