Automotive Mechanic

1. Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of cranes and heavy vehicle (prime mover, lorry crane, mobile cranes, crawler crane, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Replace worn-out or damaged components such as hydraulic pumps, engines, and cables.

2.Troubleshoot & Diagnostics

• Identify operational issues and breakdown causes.
• Use diagnostic tools and manuals to pinpoint malfunctions.
• Conduct on-site emergency repairs when necessary.

3. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and industry safety regulations.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections to prevent equipment failure.

4. Fieldwork & Site Support

• Travel to job sites to perform maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Work closely with crane operators and site managers to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in crane and heavy vehicles maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems in cranes and heavy vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and electrical circuits in cranes.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic tools and software.
• Willing to travel to job sites for on-site repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with crane operators and supervisors.
• A valid driver’s license (preferred for on-site repairs).
