Backend .NET Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Backend .NET Developer to join our development team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using .NET technologies, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. You will collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework and C#.
• Build and maintain APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) for integration with frontend and third-party systems.
• Develop and optimize database structures in SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Implement secure, high-performance, and scalable backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA testers, and business analysts to deliver solutions that meet requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in backend development using .NET technologies.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and API development.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and database query optimization.
• Understanding of software architecture principles, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
