Baker (Commis I or Commis II)

Position: Baker- Commis I or Commis II

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily preparation and baking of breads and viennoiseries.
• Ensure all baked goods are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Monitor and track the inventory level of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies.
• Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a bakery.

• Possess passion for baking, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• A team player and willing to learn and adapt.
