BIM MODELER

Design and prepare project shop drawing and as-built drawing for submission . Organize and plan a design work schedule to meet deadlines.

• Work with the project team, sub-contractor, supplier, and factory team to ensure works are on schedule.

• Prepare and submit shop drawings according to project specifications, ensure the design drawings are following the company design guidelines , Maintain all revision of project drawings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical field with AutoCAD/REVIT/BIM

Possess excellent computer skills in AutoCAD software, BIM and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word & Project)

Independent, team player with ability to multi-task

Preferably with basic Mandarin Communication ability .
