BIM Modeller

The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator who can work independently as well as a team member on our projects. As BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator you are expected to work as part of a Multi-Discipline Team of Consultants providing a comprehensive and fully integrated design services.

Duties/Areas of Responsibility

Design, prepare and update fire protection system such as sprinkler, fire alarm, wet riser, dry riser, hosereel, fire hydrant etc layout, section detail and schematic. in the shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.

* Coordinate and liaise with PM/ PE and or Main Con on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.

* Draft outline & detailed drawing(s) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement.

* Maintain and revise drawings as needed, ensuring all corrections align with the instructions of supervisors.

* Independently create accurate, high-quality drawings and thoroughly review them prior to submission.

* Collaborate with designers and site engineers on drawing specifics and any client-requested sketches.

* Ensure proper maintenance of drawing records and keep reports current.

* Engage with customers to discuss engineering issue when necessary.

* Strong team member, collaborator, and self-starter.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

* Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or School of Design or relevant qualifications that enable the candidate having the required knowledge and experiences.

* Relevant minimum experience of 2 years in the M&E (preferably in the field of fire protection systems).

* Proficiency in Revit MEP and other related BIM software,

MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Application, etc.

* Strong knowledge of fire protection system, design principles and standards. Code or practice.

*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience.
