BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and revise BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

• Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols.
• Assist in 4D simulations and BIM-based quantity take-offs.
• Communicating with engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• Prepare plumbing, sanitary, gas, and architectural drawings as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam and AutoCAD MEP.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HDB, commercial, or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural construction documents.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local codes of practice for plumbing, sanitary, and gas systems.
