💰 Salary: Up to $5,500 (commensurate with skills, experience & qualifications)

We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, outgoing Business Development professional to join our growing regional team. This is a newly created role offering strong exposure to Data Centre projects, regional markets, and collaboration with industry leaders in a fast-evolving environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new regional markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Data Centre operators, M&E contractors, and consultants

• Support sales and marketing initiatives including client visits, exhibitions, factory visits, and training sessions

• Review commercial submissions and power train unit (PTU) scopes

• Prepare business tracking, reports, and weekly progress updates (Excel-based)

• Design and develop marketing materials

• Engage clients through networking, meetings, and client entertainment (including after office hours)

👤 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or Marketing / Business

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience

• Data Centre or electrical industry experience is a strong advantage

• Outgoing, confident, and enjoys networking

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

• Well-organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to travel within the region
