Business Development Executive / Manager (Food Service / HORECA)

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include:

• In charge of developing sales and marketing strategy in assigned territories including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, new market entry plan and analysis, budget and timeline
• Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs
• Knowledge of regional market in terms of new product development, market potential/size, key players, consumption patterns, etc
• To manage and build relationships with customers and distributors
• To enable negotiations regarding price variations, customer specifications, and promotional mechanisms
• Participate in global trade shows and exhibitions to promote brand awareness

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent
• Possess an outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation and determination
• Strong in customer relationship management and networking
• Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
• Willingness to travel as and when required
• Singaporean only
