Business Development Executive | Semicon/IT Solutions

• Basic from $4,500 to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• $750 car + $80 mobile allowances
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6:30pm
• Location: Sembawang

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify partners, and assess competition.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms for new partnerships and ventures.
• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
• Engage with strategic suppliers, perform risk analyses, and explore innovation opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence, leads, and partnership insights to Sales and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to strengthen business strategies.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Min. degree in engineering and min. 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with regional exposure.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Passion for business growth, problem-solving, and achieving targets.
• Meticulous, focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to travel overseas about 30% of the time.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
