The Role

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to meet people from around the world and travel internationally, as Hoppt is a globally-recognized brand in the Construction Equipment industry.

In this role, you will:

• Identify new business opportunities and drive company growth through sales and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
• Transform challenges into growth opportunities using your strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and deliver customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
