Role Purpose:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies within the F&B and hospitality
sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and expand sales across cafés, restaurants, central kitchens, distributors, and hotels.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
· Identify and develop new markets leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
· Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet performance targets.
· Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and new business agreements.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
· Manage customer escalations, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
· Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sales, delivery, and operational matters.
Requirements:
· 3–7 years of sales or business development experience in the F&B industry.
· Proven track record in new business development and key account management.
· Strong self-motivation, commercial acumen, and results-driven mindset.
· Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
