The trainees should be able to increase revenue and build solid relationships with customers in order to generate long-term financial growth.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Create a growth strategy that balances financial rewards with customer satisfaction.
2. Use research to identify new markets and client demands.
3. Schedule business appointments with potential clients.
4. Promote the company's products and services by anticipating or addressing the requirements of its customers.
5. Ensure that sales contracts are established in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Examine the sales, revenue, and billing records.
7. Give continuous feedback and post-purchase support.
8. Develop long-term relationships with our current and future clients.
9. Transforming new employees into effective sales agents.
