Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities within the security services sector (e.g., corporate clients, commercial properties, residential estates, government agencies).

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and customer loyalty

Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and close new business deals.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase security service offerings.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements tailored to client needs.

Work closely with operational teams to ensure that security services are delivered as promised, meeting quality and compliance standards.

Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, PLRD, etc

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in any field.

* Proven success in business development and sales of Managed Services.

* Strong understanding of managed security service industry.

* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Salary Offer:

Up to $5,000-$5,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
