The individual will be involved in:
- Generating new business leads and managing client relationships end-to-end
- Assessing client financial profiles and preparing loan and financing proposals.
- Conducting financial analysis, validating documents, and ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Providing advisory support and consultancy to clients regarding suitable financial solutions.
- Maintaining accurate case records, monitoring timelines, and preparing documentation for audit and performance reporting.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior staff or team members in case management, documentation, and client advisory processes, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Client Financial Assessment: To learn how to assess and interpret client financial profiles, analyse financial documents, and evaluate eligibility for loans and financing solutions.
- Loan Products & Proposal Structuring: To learn how to understand, differentiate, and structure suitable loan and financing proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Sales & Case Management: To learn how to generate leads, manage cases end-to-end, and maintain accurate records and timelines throughout the workflow.
- Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: To learn how to provide professional advisory support, engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively, and manage client expectations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: To learn how to apply internal controls, follow approval workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement risk management and fraud prevention measures.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: To learn how to track portfolio performance, prepare audit-ready documentation, and contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth.
