Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business and project workflows.
• Recommend IT-based solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Support implementation of digital tools (e.g., project tracking, reporting, workflow automation).
• Coordinate with project, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of IT systems.
• Assist management in data analysis and preparing proposals for clients.
• Maintain compliance with company documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools/software is an advantage.
