Butcher Assistant / Butcher

Job Description:

• Cut various size portions of raw meat by hand with knives or slicer using proper cutting techniques, check weights and place cut meat portions into proper tubs
• Assist butcher team with various responsibilities including system key-in, vacuum sealing packages, boxing items, organizing products, order ful lment and etc.
• Organizing and managing meat inventory
• Keep equipment and work area clean to maintain health and sanitation standards
• Additional duties and responsibility as assigned
• Ideal candidate will come in with basic knife skills and knowledge of using slicer
• Knowledge of food safety & handling requirements
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Reliability and able to take responsibility
• Team work and punctuality is a MUST
