Love food, people and creating great dinng experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated F&B Supervisor to join our team and help keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily food and beverage operations
• Lead, train and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, health and safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the management team to improve service standards and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B supervision, preferably in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work undre pressure and handle customer service challenges
• Good organizational and problem solving abilities
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Must have a valid driving licence
• Able to speak Malay and mandarin is an advantage.
