Job Description

Position: Baker -Commis I or Commis II

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily preparation and baking of cakes and pastries.
Ensure all products are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs.
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
Monitor and track the inventory level of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies.
Maintain proper storage of products in the chillers and freezers.
Assist in picking, packing and labelling of products.
Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience.

· Possess passion for baking, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

· A team player and willing to learn and adapt.
