Campaign Ambassador (Island-wide) (3-4 days)

Job Scope:

•Engage with members of the public at various locations to promote the SG Culture Pass campaign

•Guide users through the redemption process

•Provide information about participating arts & heritage institutions and current exhibitions/programmes

•Assist visitors with Q&A on SG Culture Pass

•Collect feedback from users and report common issues or suggestions

Working Arrangement:

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Locations: Tampines, Canberra Link, Northpoint City Yishun, Woodlands, Bedok North, Punggol Drive, Bukit Merah, Jurong West, Choa Chu Kang

Salary: $1950/Month

Working Hours:

3-4 Working Days/Week, 7-8 Hours/Day

Based on assigned centre's operating hours (10am - 6pm/9am - 6pm)

Requirements:

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Basic digital literacy and familiarity with mobile applications

•Able to work weekends and public holidays
