WE ARE HIRING – CENTRAL KITCHEN STAFF (Full-Time) 🍽️
📍 Location: Senoko, Singapore

Are you passionate about food production and operations? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Central Kitchen Staff to join our team in Senoko!

🔍 Position Overview:

As part of our central kitchen team, you will play a vital role in preparing, portioning, and maintaining the quality of our food products that serve our dine-in and takeaway outlets. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, hygiene, and efficiency.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or central kitchen environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a cold room or temperature-controlled environment
• Physically fit – able to lift ingredients and operate basic kitchen equipment
• Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recipe cards
• Able to read basic English for labels and instructions
• Good team player with a positive attitude
• 🧑‍🍳 Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning)
• Packing and labeling items for delivery to outlets
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
• Supporting stock rotation and inventory control
• Adhering strictly to hygiene and safety protocols

🕘 Working Hours:

• 5-day work week
• Working time between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Shift schedule to be confirmed upon hiring
