Job Description

Work at Central Kitchen.
Preferable have vast experience in Cooking Buffet set meals.
Must have at least 2 years experience in cooking South India cuisine and South India snacks item.
Plan and make varieties in buffet theme menu such as mutton vindaloo, briyani, ghee rice, variety of chicken recepies.
Able to prepare desserts items such as gulab jamun, rasagulla etc
Experience in North India cuisine would be an advantage.
Able to give variety menu at reasonable budget and cost
Work together with other workers' to ensure kitchen operations are smooth and complete work at stipulated timing
Give priority to kitchen cleanliness and ensure a safe enviroment to work.
Train new employees and new cooks to standarise the quality of food.
