Job Description & Requirements
We're seeking an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team in preparing high-quality meals for Indian foreign workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management to ensure efficient and safe food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of Indian foreign workers
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and cooking procedures
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food usage
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless delivery of meals
Requirements:-
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a high-volume kitchen(2000-5000 PAX)
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
