1. At least 3 years experience as Catering Cook

2. Right altitude

3. Physically fit to cook 100 pax per wok from 6am onward

4. Able to carry up to 45kg

5. Age below 45 year old

6. Commited to work during Public Holiday (e.g. CNY)
