We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our senior executive team as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). The CTO will spearhead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, enabling operational excellence, innovation, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in leading large-scale change, skilled in aligning cross-functional teams, and passionate about driving transformation through people, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic transformation strategy in alignment with the organization’s vision and goals
  • Drive change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility
  • Lead a portfolio of transformation programs and establish governance frameworks to track performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with departments such as IT, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and integration
  • Identify and implement technology solutions and digital enablers to support transformation
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, or operations
  • Proven success in leading enterprise transformation or change programs
  • Experience in cross-functional team management and stakeholder engagement

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Solid knowledge of change management and business transformation principles
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar frameworks
  • High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability
