CIVIL ENGINEER (BUILDING CONSTRUCTION)

· Possess technical and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams

· Manages all aspects of the construction site, from site preparations to build out

· Liaise and work closely with various project stakeholders – client, consultants, RTO, sub-contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc

· To assist quantity take-off for material order, such as rebar, steel members, concrete, tiles, furniture, etc

· Conduct regular inspections and ensures that the constructed work is aligned with the approved plans and drawing

· Assist in shop drawings and as-built drawing preparation for submission and consultant’s approval

· Prepare and submit RFI/ RFA

· Document action items and follow-up from project meetings

· Prepare project progress claims and progress photos

· Review subcon progress claims and prepare payment recommendation

· Prepare VO submission to project QS/client

· Assist to prepare construction schedule

· Adheres to time, cost and quality specifications while complying with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements

· Able to work remotely at site-office
