Job Description

To design and draft structure drawing.
Prepare necessary documents and or drawings for submission to Main Contractor, Consultants and PE for review and approval.
Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup ,Bluebeam.
Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications.
Plan and monitor project schedule and control project execution.
Liaise with team members to ensure compliance to project requirement and accomplish overall project targets according to schedule.
Meeting for project progress reporting and discussion.
Manage the quality assurance aspect within the factory and at suppliers / sub-contractors.
Maintain and enforce ISO quality system throughout the production and quality control operations.
Conduct Quality system audits to ensure compliance and to identify areas for improvement.
Able to communicate and liaise well with main contractor and clients / RTO / RE.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by competent workers and ensure specifications adhere to approved drawings and specifications.
