CLEANING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

General cleaning services (includingcleaning of public areas, offices andfactories) except household cleaning andonline marketplaces

-Supervise everyday working of departmentoperating process and increase efficiency ofworkers for various growth orientedprograms.

-Maintain and provide efficient backup tosupply department and ensureachievement of all internal and externalneeds.

-Provide training to workers and provideupgrade to various technical skills.

-Analyze and identify all performancerelated issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.

-Must been driven, postive workattitude,willing to get hands dirty,with asharp eye for details.Should also haveexcellent personal presentation along withthe ability to solve problems effectively.Computer literacy is a must.

-Analyze all opportunities and recommendways to improve efficiency and reducecosts.
