Job Description:

To support the Operations and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation, coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
To be responsible in inspecting job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
To attend and resolve clients’ complaints without any delay.
To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners.
To train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners.
To ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements.
Able to perform hands-on tasks when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
To distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.
Sales Development for company. Maintaining good relations with customer and driving sales number for company
