Clinic Assistant

1. Perform front desk duties including including registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering duties
2. Prepare and dispense medications to patients
3. Attend to walk-in/ phone enquiries
4. Perform chaperone duties
5. Assist doctors during medical procedures such as nebulisation
6. Support doctors in language translation when needed
7. Maintenance of patient records and drug inventory
8. Carry out daily general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of clinic
9. Demonstrates service oriented quality and meticulousness in daily work

Qualifications:

1. NITEC in Nursing/ Community Care & Social Services, Diploma in Nursing/ Health Management/ Integrated Community Care/ Hospitality and Tourism, WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support, or equivalent
2. Basic computer skills
3. Singaporeans and Singapore PR only
4. Min. 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/ Patient Service Associate/ Front Desk Receptionist or equivalent

Salary:

1. $1900 - $2400 (Salary will comensurate with experience and qualifications)
