CNC CMM Engineer

Main Duties & Responsibilities：

• To Generate Program and Operate CMM machine
• First Article Inspection
• Responsible for Incoming, In-process, Final Inspection activities and handle all measuring Instruments, gauges and testing equipments in the company inclusive of day-to-day operation
• Identify quality problems and highlight corrective and preventive action to operation team
• Responsible for Internal Calibration of Instruments and Gauges
• Check IMTE Calibration due date, Instrument damages, Instrument deviation in the line
• Responsible for IMTE External Calibration and maintain master list
• To Prepare and maintain documents for ISO requirements
• To maintain “5S” in all area

Requirements：

• Background in Engineering
• Hands on with CMM / Measuring equipments
• Ability to read and understand Technical drawing
• Ability to work independently with minimum Supervision
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 13485:2016
• Good MS Office skills
• Able to start immediate / Short notice
