Job Description

Claim Handling: Managing and processing claims related to commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, or company fleet vehicles. This includes verifying claim details, assessing damages, and ensuring proper documentation.
Customer Service: Acting as the point of contact for clients, insurance agents, and repair shops. Providing guidance and updates about claim status and resolving any issues that arise during the claim process.
Assessment and Evaluation: Conducting or coordinating vehicle inspections, damages assessment, and estimating repair costs.
Claim Documentation: Ensuring all necessary documentation (police reports, photos, repair estimates, etc.) is complete and accurate.
Coordination: Liaising with insurance adjusters, repair service providers, surveyors, and third parties involved in the claim process.
Settlement Processing: Negotiating and finalizing claim settlements in accordance with company policies and insurance coverage.
Follow-up: Monitoring ongoing claims to ensure timely resolution and preventing delays in payments.
Reporting: Maintaining records of claims, preparing reports, and analyzing claim trends to identify potential fraud or frequent issues.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company procedures during the entire claim process.
