Construction Admin Executive

About the Role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Construction Admin Executive to join our team in the Woodlands North Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our construction projects, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

-Coordinating and maintaining construction project documentation, including contracts, invoices, progress reports , Claim & Update project Summary .

-Preparing and processing purchase orders, timesheets, and other administrative paperwork.

-Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

-Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of project files and records.

-Supporting the project management team with various administrative tasks as needed.

-Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

-What We're Looking For

-At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.

-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders

-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

-Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.

-Adaptability and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
