CONSTRUCTION MANAGER responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from development to completion.
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee and direct construction activities on-site and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Conduct regular inspections and site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise on the job site.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, costs, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors.
