Job Description

Overseeing and directing projects to completion stage.
Ensure projects are completed within the expected time, cost & quality .
Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to ensure effective project delivery.
Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.
Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
Plan and organize daily and weekly manpower or resources allocation to ensure smooth day to day site operation.
To coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
Attend site kick off and weekly progress meetings or any ad-hoc meetings when required.
Responsible for manpower and progress reporting on daily & weekly basis.
Supervise daily site activities
